A referral is someone who signs up through your link and completes an offer.

Do you really pay nothing?
Yes, if you complete a free offer it costs nothing. There are no other hidden costs involved. 

Can you sign up with multiple accounts?
You cannot sign up to the referral site more than once. And your family members cannot sign up from the same computer so be careful not to do this as it is against the T&Cs of the referral site.

How long does the PS3 Slim take to arrive?
It takes about a week to arrive. 

Will I receive any spam form the referral site?

No, they do not send you any spam. Your email is only used to activate your account when you sign up.

What happens when I get all of the referrals for my PS3 Slim? 

You submit your account to get verified and then you can place your order. 

What does it mean when it says my account is being verified?
They are checking to make sure you haven't broke any of the T&Cs.

Which is the best offer to complete?
The Intuit or Lovefilm offers are recommended because they are both free trials, so they cost nothing.

What does it mean when it says a referral is pending?
It means your referral has signed up to an offer and it goes to a pending status until they fully complete it. For example if they complete the Lovefilm offer the status changes to pending until they rent 1 dvd which is required to complete that offer.

Someone I know completed an offer but it didn't show up on my account?
This doesn't happen too often but from time to time offers don't track properly. Simply get them to submit a support ticket with proof they completed the offer and it will get resolved.

What is a support ticket?
If you need to ask the referral site any questions you must create a support ticket. This can be done by going to the support section on the referral site. Expect a response within 24 hours in most cases.

Is there a time limit for getting stuff?
Not with us, no. Some 'Networks' (Companies that send you your free stuff) do set a time limit that can make it difficult to get your freebies, but FreebieJeebies is not one of them.
